From what I've seen on the topic in these forums, piercings are like Marmite, some love them, some hate them, there doesn't seem to be much of an in between.

My ex had one and I loved it. Especially when giving him a bj.

As said above Id worry about the safety aspect with a condom although its smooth so would be minimal risk Id think.
