My female boss wears short skirts, and fuck me boots quite regular. I work in a very small office with just her and another woman.

Recently my boss brought it in a small beach bat n ball set and she insists on playing it sat down. If it's just me n her in the office I've noticed that I often get flashes of her knickersboss keeos flashing her knickers at me! This hasn't happen ONCE whilst the other lady has been present.

Obviously you kinda need to be there to understand or opinionated if it's something she's doing intentionally...but I am interested to hear people's thoughts on this. Women in particular to see if you think it sounds like purposeful behaviour

Ignore it. If she wants it to go further, she'll make it VERY obvious. A flash of underwear is just that. A flash. She may be testing you to get a reaction. She may be testing the waters to see how far she can push you.

i don't intend to act in anything at all. She's probably most makes ideal girl, slim, funny, good looking etc but she didn't spark my interest to an intense degree and yeah.... don't eat where you shit.

She must know she's doing it though right? It's happens every time it's just is the office.

Part of me (simply because I'm a gent and I'm not attracted very much to her) feels I should mention it - just in case she doesn't realise she's doing it. Kind of kicking myself in the nuts though if I do that because regardless of anything I said....a sneaky flash is a nice thing to see on a woman with good figure!

The bat and ball is a beach type set...and yeah, she gets it off the window sill and sits down and I get a bat and we start playing!

Kind of use it for a 5/10 min chat few times in the day...

I like the compliment her on her underwear suggestion...tongue in cheek and making fun of the situation....

A place of work is just that and office banter innuendos etc.

If you have no interest in her that way then there should be no problems but if you are then I would let her make the obvious moves but be prepared to look for something else if it goes tits up

Depends how well you know her OP but how about next time it happens saying something along the lines of:

"I really don't want to embarrass you, but just so you know, your knickers are on show when you do that"

That way you avoid any potential awkwardness and IF it's a deliberate thing rather than inadvertent it's at least out in the open - although be aware you could be playing with fire as it's your boss.

I would never do that and I'd suggest nobody does anything similar. However their is currently no offence in law for taking upskiet pics/vids without consent though this is likely to be reviewed as I understand it. Like most things in English law, laws only get put in place when there is a gross in justice. Since our legal system by its very nature is reactionary rather than pro active

Actually there is a law against taking them but it's flaky and lacks clear definition - I forget the detail but there are definite situations where it would be covered by law but something about if it's done in a public place then it's not - which is what the recent case in the news was trying to get changed.

There is however a law against uploading clips to websites without permission which is what the previous poster was suggesting you do
