Broken ribs and a torn rib cartilage. It's a nightmare injury because everything relies on the core.

Used to go to the gym, when I first began "Operation: stop being a fat bastard". But quickly got fed up of the snide remarks and giggling from those that lived there.

I just do T25 at home now, killed me at first but it's getting easier

My gym is 5 minutes walk from my house the hardest part is walking up the big hill home after leg day

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest

Used to go regularly in my twenties. Got married, kids, and gym predictably vanished. Beltline expands...six pack deflates

Separated now and hitting the gym 5-6x week for 45mins to an hour. Too busy to stay for longer. Belly is gone but getting that six pack back is a lot harder at 41!

Few times a week but it's all training for running. A fairly brutal interval session on the treadmill (1/4 or 1/2 mile repeats, easier to control than on the road) at least once a week, and a weights session every 4 or 5 days

I try to go 4 times a week, depending on how work was, sessions generally are between 1-2 hours. I alternate cardio and weight training heavy days.

The past 2 weeks I've slacked off, gone down to 3 days per week due to feeling a bit low.
