Trying to load pics from laptop to phone micro sd card.

It wont do it and keep getting message sayin ....'load disc into sd card'.

How can you physically do that.....help !!

sounds like you need to format your sd card if it is not being recognized !

the laptop is seeing the card cos it shows up under my computer.

how do you format card ?

right click the drive click on format

then when its finnished click ok and try dragging your pics onto the drive

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

Just in case - formatting will remove all current data from the card.

Looks to me like a phone setting "act as USB drive" or somesuch, but I'm not the expert I once was.

Sorry, not a computer geek but knowing which phone and computer might help. I connect phone to computer via cable so don't have these problems.
