I can understand why, wouldn't most people prefer a younger prettier version?

But in reality when you compare a filtered picture to the person in front of you they could be 2 different people.

I like a bit of black and white for hiding imperfections but I wouldnt use anything that changes my face or body shape-Id hate to turn up and them be disappointed!

I'm not a fan of snapchat filers. They can completely change the shape of a persons face. It's just cheating.

Cal decided to "mess" with one of ours with emoji faces (big kid).

Not a fan of the snap chat filters myself

Certain filters like B&W, vivante edges, sunburst behind pics, summer filters to give a tanned look, little things like that, that can give them an artsy feel but you still tell it's them is fine by me. I don't even mind people using good camera angles I'm an ameature photographer myself so I know roughly the kind of figure distortion that adds and it is of course still that person then too

My teenage daughter won't use them filters for pics except when she's messing about with her 5 year old nephew who does appreciate having bunny ears or a huge slobbery tongue..

Although, thinking about it, I could probably put one of those tongues to good use.
