The kettle is on right now, one of my coffee biatches has been dispatched and I have just been presented with a crispy bacon, fried onion and brown sauce sarnie.

Same breakfast every morning....

3 coffees and 3 fags....a fag per mug.

Unless im hungover then I will scoff what I can find in the house.

Bowl of wholeweat fruit and nut muesli with semi skimed milk. Highball glassful of orange juice and regular medication, omega3 and mineral supplements.

If I'm planning on something streneuous I might have a couple of rounds of toast and marmalade as well.
