....I cook from scratch as often as possible and don't use packets/jars or frozen produce always fresh etc

I have one go to ingredient that I like to add to whatever I'm cooking be it enchiladas, curry, Italian etc etc

Worcester sauce!

What's your go to ingredient ?

only just discovered pomegranate syrup, did a slow cooked lamb haunch covered in it...awesome!

I've used it with lamb shoulder. Really nice.
