Legs, arms, shoulders or chest and back?

Which is your worst day to workout?

Horsham

The first time getting back on the bike, I have a hilly course that is guaranteed to hurt you.

I don't do body parts as I train for strength so squats, deadlift and overhead press.

OHP is my least favourite as it's my weakest lift and progress is slow.

Legs. It's the one I'll still be feeling a couple of days later. Core is the one that hurts the most at the time.

I found ohp needs a lot of frequency to increase in weight. I stopped benching for a while due to some shoulder issue but I could still press. Instead of benching on my bench day I would do low volume pressing and some chest flys or something and my press numbers started going up.

Legs because it's the most intense, but that also makes it quite enjoyable too! And the DOMS a couple of days later tell you it was a good one!

I don't bench other than for assistance anyway, paused close grip for triceps. No need for bench in strongman.

I press twice a week, once is my main work the other is assistance including CGBP, pin press and some tricep stuff.

I think it's also just slowed, ohp is 120kg but still weak for my weight class, need to be up at 150kg+

Similar but bench press instead of OHP and the bench is my least technical and weakest to body ratio lift

Squats are my best and favourite day

Mine are all the same. An all over workout every other day. It's a throwback to when I worked weird hours and nevef knew when I'd get the chance...

Legs. I love the workout but I'm a write off for a few days afterwards where walking is concerned
