A concoction of grated carrot, grated white pointed cabbage, diced cucumber, diced onion, grated cheese, chopped closed cup mushrooms , sweet pickle , mayo , chopped cherry tomato sprinkled with oregano, white wine vinegar, olive oil and tomato ketchup served in a fresh Stottie bread heavily lathered in finest butter

Leeds

Rump steak. Heavily seasoned with maldon sea salt and cracked black pepper. Red hot gridle pan. No oil. 2mins a side. Finished with butter and rubbed with sage and garlic cloves.

On the side mashed potatoes made with wholegrain mustard, cream and lots of butter. Minted peas and drowned in creamy peppercorn sauce. A nice merlot to wash it down served by me wearing only a dicky bow tie. Lemon cheesecake and oral for afters.
