What one piece of advice would you give to a teen?

Mine would be to study a subject you have real passion for rather than one that potentially pays more

if you want to change the world, do it while your single.

Because when you're in a relationship, you can't even change the fecking tv channel

Teens won't listen to anything. They are better learning from their mistakes like we have all done!

I'd advise young people to put down their phones and have regular conversations with an older relative, especially if they're lucky enough to still have parents and grandparents. They might even learn some important life lessons.

Darn it I posted a long response and deleted it by accident.

Basically don't give teenagers advice, they don't want it and are extremely unlikely to act on it. Why would they, they already know everything.

Just lead by example, the fruit never falls far from the tree.

One life live it.

You are only young once, enjoy it

Why not piss it up against the wall having fun with friends making great memories. Life to short to worry constantly about the future.

This. Isn't good general advice.

I'd say. Don't go to university just because your friends are going.

With uni, you get as much as you put in. So if you go there for a laugh, you'll get a laugh. But not much else.
