for supper.....yummy

Cheese on toast with Henderson's relish is gorgeous.

Google Henderson's relish it's not rude I promise it's a Sheffield delicacy

There are only a few things I miss from living in Sheffield, trams, Henderson's relish and potted beef!!!!

That's how I do it too. Siren toasts the bread in the toaster first then sticks it under the grill with the cheese on it but that burns the edges.

I make it in my halogen oven on warburtons thins it crisps the bread but doesnt toast it - couple dashes of worcester sauce and bobs yer uncle!

you're supposed to toast the bread on one side then put cheese on other side and toast that.......dash of black pepper and shake of nutmeg.....fabby
