Today is the tenth anniversary of the run on northern rock.

Were you one of the customers queuing all day, an ex worker?.

Did anybody think at the time hmmmm this could turn bad

I was the smug fucker who sold his free share issues at the peak of their value ....

I'd moved my accounts with NR long before the crash .....

That period when many Building Societies gave shareholders free shares as an incentive to vote for flotation as a bank was very lucrative for me,,,,

Poor old Gordon my arse.....

That man introduced taxation to the profit accrued by our pension funds thus reducing the accumulated final divided by nearly 22% so I'd happily kick him in the fudd
