So if your employer found you on this site, could they legally sack you? even if you're not bringing your employer into disrepute? Totally hypothetical.

As a director i tend not to worry..if my employees were indulging in their own time then what right would i have to judge them??

It would depend on the individual circumstances. I have read about there being issue with certain jobs where people wear unifom and also wear the uniform in "adult" photos and then display them in the public domain. This blurs the boundrys between work and private live and dependant on the persons job position it may be considered misconduct/innapropriate.

There are probably very few scenarios where the law isn`t on your side but I know of someone sacked for simply recommending a competitors shop in a facebook comment to a family member. They won at tribunal, but at the end of the day they where still sacked/unemployed for a while and had to find a new job.
