Is anybody on here genuine? We are started to really lose faith in the site, we get chatting to people then when we ask for phone calls or video chat or any kind of varification they are genuine they leave the site or block us. Feeling really gullible and naive right now

There are plenty of fakes but far more real folk on here.

Its a bit of a minefield to be honest.

We always said we would not be interested in going to a club, but were really surprised at how relaxed and welcoming they are.

Our advice, if you want to find someone real, head to a club, there's no pressure and you can take what you want from the experience.

I think there are a lot of dreamers on here from what I've learned.

People, both men and women that enjoy the thought of something rather than actually doing it. A fantasy rather than a desire.

I've had my fair share of fakes and fantasists over the years and I find the best way to them out is keep it all entirely non sexual until face to face contact has been had. They soon get bored.

I'm sorry to hear that you've run into another fake but you shouldn't feel gullible or naive it's the fakers that are the problem and you did the right thing by asking for a phone call or video call.

Most are that's the problem even down to calling them. I don't know what's the best way.

Prob best only local and meet in coffee shop for quick hello is best.

I have done that a couple of times and only one fake. Luckily drinking coffee in one alone you don't look out of place

We have found that as soon as we say anything about getting to know them before adding them, etc they stop talking to us and block us. lol

Kills two birds with one stone as it work for the 'fuck and dash's types as well.

As a couple even less out of place at costa (other coffee shops are available

). A social isnt a guarantee that anyone would show afterwards for a play meet. But the odds are much higher they will.

It happens to everyone at some point, I'm sure. It has happened a couple of times to us, but the way I see it is their loss, plenty more people who are genuine and will turn up for a meet if arranged, honestly don't worry about it, it is a small minded few trying to ruin it for the rest of us

Most con-men dupe their victims by offering the the thing they are after. You want to believe that that 'woman' is contacting you, despite the tools you have available saying otherwise.

Use your real instinct, use everything mentioned above.

It will be highly unlikely you'll meet a single woman while only been verid by men (not impossible, but much more unlikely). Get verified better, go to some clubs and it will happen.

Was all going swimmingly until he arrived at the arranged pub only to find that the so called fem was a guy!
