Not the first time in history a team has lost 4 games. They were very unlucky at the weekend and created all the chances but had one of those days. Some of those players missed absolute sitters.

Football has gone mad. And some fans are just as fickle, expecting young players to be the finished item or be shipped out just as quickly.

David Moyes's Sunderland made the worst start in Premier League history with only 2 points from 10 games .

Killed by his own philosophy.

A manager's job is to bring the best out the talent at his disposal, not force them to be something they're not.

Agreed.... however Sunday they played to that "comfort level" system they're used to.... and failed for themselves due to poor execution

Managers should only be allowed to come and go during the transfer window

Chairman and board have to take some blame here. Appointing a total football manager to a route one club was never going to work. Sam Allardyce hallmark still on the playing squad and their style. Hope De Boer was compensated. He will do well in Holland and other clubs looking for a more purist football philosophy.

As for appointing Roy Hodgson, there isn't much he can offer success wise recently. At least they won't be playing Iceland. Too early to say if they are going down but hot favourites at the moment.
