The last one I had clipped to the belt & I always thought it wasn't that accurate. Found that it wasn't actually recording a lot of the steps taken when I borrowed a GPS watch

On your phone is a nightmare. When you're trying to order a take away on hangover day and fell that pang of guilt when your phone is sending the paramedics round because you've only taken 39 steps.

Saying that you can always send the kids off round the park with it. Today's equivalent of sitting on the sofa with a biscuit and a brew whilst shaking a Wii fit remote.
