Santa lucia de Tirajana

Just a bit of a fun post to see who else loves Reggae tunes and who your favourite artist is, My personal favourite is the legend that was the amazing John Holt the guy who could sing any song with a beautiful reggae style.

Difficult for me to have a favourite, but I am old school as well and my favourites include the usual suspects. Freddy McGregor, Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs. Also Sanchez, Ijahman, and Beres Hammond.

I'd have to say Third World, though that's probably a bit populist.

Do they still have reggae nights? I have not seen one advertised in London for years. I did go to the Hayling Island spring Soul and Reggae weekender the last few years which is always good, and attended by a few fabsters.
