I have just finished building a shed in the garden and feeling rather pleased with myself.

Anyone else been doing DIY this weekend.

Yes, I have been decorating one of my bathrooms but it's nowhere near finished. I need to go and do a plumbing course as my taps need fixing and I'd like to fix them myself.

At work a couple of weeks ago I climbed on top of a massive erection. A scaffold about 70 metres in the air, I was very impressed.

I cooked some splendid rib eyes last night in my own garlic parsley butter.

The parsley is out the garden in my herb bed.

It started life this April as a seed in a seed pod and has been transplanted twice so far.

I've never grown anything before never mind my own food.

I'm very proud. It's just a number of herbs I've grown this summer for the first time and is stupidly easy.

I did it myself
