Best of luck to each and every of the 57,000 participants....(officially the biggest half marathon in the world)

I hope you all raise a bunch of dosh for your chosen charities

Seems the forum clique are to busy denying their none existence to show their support for those involved in the GNR

Literally just watching now, whilst cruising the Forums. Done 2 of the big three races (London Marathon and Manchester 10k) intend to do this one next year.

I ran in the Cardiff world half marathon championships last year - as an ordinary punter.

Sir Mo was in the elite race and ended up 3rd. By the time I got to the start line (about 10 minutes from the gun going off) he was nearly 3 miles away
