I would be amazed if the TVRs can make it all the way round the track without breaking down!

I’m not a petrol head….

But for me it’s a no brainer….. Aston… Lambo …. Ferrari …. As not only are these classic icons of motoring, they are the ones which represent dream cars, whereas the rest of the list covers cars which no matter how good they might be, are just iconic also-rans, even if they "might" have things about them which are better from a technical perspective,,,,,,

and as your getting a blast in the Atom anyway…. All of the models you’ve listed will suffer in comparison when it boils down too providing the ultimate adrenaline rush.

Just my humble opinion.... which is probably not worth much!..... as I prefer comfort and style, over speed and a phwarrr factor!!!

Everyones opinion matters,

As its a track day the comfort and style does not come into the equation for me, its the phwarr factor

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

2 laps isn't enough time to enjoy any of these.

3 goes in the Lambo?

I am thinking definately the Aston DB9 and the Nissan GTR and then a toss up between the Ferrari and the Lambo... learning towards the Lambo...

see... this is what watching top gear does for ya!!!

I'm sure you wll have a fantastic day whichever cars you pick......

Now if someone was to get me a Fancy Dan special day out treat!...I'd like a Hot Air Balloon Ride.......

and nope thats not a signal for reams of folow on gob-shite jokes about me..... hey,,,that would just be ever so predictable,,,,, haha

I'd go with

Nissan GTR - A real life 'achievable' car that from what I have heard needs to be driven to be believed - such a fucking intense automobile

Porsche GT3 Oakley Designs - The a breathed on version of the stock GT3 and a total beast - I know you said you cant imagine picking a Porsche but a GT3 is far different to a carrera 4

the 430 Spyder just to experience the speed with the lid off!

"what track is it ? "

nnnnot a regular race track i think, its an airfield nr Doncaster owned by a super car club.

My friend bought me the deal from Groupon, she promised last year to treat me to a track day, originally i picked the V8 Supercar day at Rockingham (thats a ex Aussie touring car Chevy Lumina (Vauxhall Monaro) and only 3 laps,

this offer is cheaper, closer to home, more variety of cars, and more laps

I've had the privilege of driving the spyder and would recommend that to anyone. It's a delight to handle

In Addition to my last post regarding what track it is, its, Olden Blyton, near Gainsborough, an old RAF base now turned into a racetrack and only opened this year

I would have to agree the 1st 2 there..although for #3 I would lean towards the prancing horse rather than the bull! I googled the track & it looks pretty fast so the GTR should stick to it like glue -closest I can get to being green with envy lol

I'd be too worried about pranging this expensive machinery to get the best out of it. I'd rather have an afternoon in a Lotus 7. Not too expensive but plenty of performance.

I'd drive the Porsches, but only because I have a Carrera 4 so would love to see just how different (and better) the GT3 and GT2 are!

If I didn't have one then I'd take the Lambo and Ferrari just because I would never get a chance otherwise...but then that applies to them all so going for some badge snobbery!

One day of the year at my local airport they let supercar owners on to the closed runway, purely to allow them to go mad and let them go as fast as poss, saw and heard the Lambo, the noise it makes is awsome.

I did the same track day and went for the Lamborghini, Nissan GTR and the TVR Sagaris. The Lambo was sublime, the TVR was insane and a battle to keep on the track and the Nissan quite simply the beat car i have ever driven as i was so easy to drive and throw about. But the most thrilling was the Atom as the acceleration was unreal on a par with a sports bike
