How long would u wait for someone who was running late?

For a stranger/first date/meet?

For a friend/family member?

Met a guy on here and on our first social meet, over 30 minutes. He was always late. I should have seen it as a bad sign. Won't tolerate it again.

Yeah I think 20 30 mins is my Mac unless there is a decent reason.

I once waited 40 minutes for a guy off here who was stuck in traffic, I only waited because he kept in touch all the way, and I'd made friends in the pub by the time he got there anyway

That's different. If it is a one off problem and u are kept updated then I think most people would wait.

As I'm always early I'd hang around if I knew they were going to get there ....but if I knew it was a waste of time 5 mins

I waited half an hour once, but she was late due to traffic which is understandable.

I can cope with any amount of lateness if I'm kept informed about it.

But if someone is one minute late and I haven't heard anything I get stressed. I hate being this way.

I'm early to everything as I get stressed if I think I'm going to be late.
