Get out there with the lads have a few pints a bit of banter and chat up some random woman that takes your fancy... you don't even need to pull her it's just to give you that nudge to move on shit happens in life but you get through it

Herts

Go out, see friends, travel, do something you've always wanted to do, etc, etc.

But if you're poor, just make sure you go outside and see friends.

Get a tub of Haagan Daaz

Put on a weepy chick flick

Have a bottle of lambrini (or 5)

Have a cry

Move on to vodka

Put some Abba on

Have another cry

Wallow in self pity for 7 days (it's allowed)

Write at least 5 texts/messages/emails to them that will embarrass you in your emotional outpouring (it's allowed)

Have them send you a "WTF you on about?" reply (that's standard) and then they will block you on every bit of social media going....

BUT

In time you will start to feel better. It will take time. Distract yourself. Be kind to yourself and look after you.

Chin up lovely. X

Try to keep busy, go out even if just for a walk. Put away any items that remind you of the person. Don't try to contact them, don't torture yourself keep thinking about them.

If all else fails buy a darts board and stick their picture on it, my former FWB cock picture is getting very holey! XXX

there isn't an easy way.

Face it, work through the bad feelings, allow yourself to grieve for what you've lost then pick up the pieces and get on with life knowing you're properly healed and haven't buried any issues in beer and casual sex.

it makes absolute sense. Being alone can be tough. Do you have friends or family you can lean on?

I think its very true that lots of people have plenty of people they can do something with but nobody to do nothing with.

Nothing endures, things always move on.

Here's to better times!

Be kind to yourself, yes it's going to hurt for a while but it does get better. Get out and talk to friends, not about her just the inane things in life. Don't lock yourself away all the time, there will be days you need to do go with it. But lean on friends and the good days will happen more often x

"Dip your wick in pastures new "

Worst advice possible. Do not listen to this advice, its a short term solution at best. In fact, don't take anyone's advice off strangers. Your friend and family are best suited to know how your feeling and can/will get you through something like this.
