A boy after his dad..

.. my 2y/o son is learning to talk fast now, his speech is really coming on leaps and bounds.

When his nappy needs changing he stands there, points to his bottom and says 'poo'. I usually tell him to lie down and he complies.

Not today though.

He said, "No! Mummy change!"

What a fucking star!!

That is exactly what Siren said. I was laughing at what the lad had said and you know sometimes you can't help laughing and it seems like it's an admission of guilt. I didn't teach him, honest.

I have asked but I'm still trying to find an interpeter who's fluent in rapidfire geordie spoken three octaves higher than the human ear can decipher who can tell me what she said.

I used to tell mine mummy switched her ears off when she went to bed at night, so if they needed anything they had to call for daddy.... he used to ask me why that was?

I told him, because they love their daddy dear. Got away with it for years.
