I think it's mostly to do with the tattoo. If it's crap then no, if it's well done then yes

Depends on the rest of the woman too though

I have a completed sleeve and one in progress as well as a large leg piece in progress (15 hrs done, 15 more to go)

I love my tattoos although they may not be to everyone's taste I have never had any negative comments, if the individual is happy with them no one else has the right to judge them and if they have an opinion it's best they keep it to themselves
