Winks - Advice!!

Hi all. New on here and a bit confused how the winks system works.

Just checked my winks list and it looks like I received one a couple of hours ago from a local woman. Weird thing is I got a wink from the same woman a week or so ago so I thought I'd message her. Nice pleasant message saying hi (nothing filthy) which got read and deleted without response. Am I missing something here?

This happened to anyone else?

And unless you delete the wink the time in the corner is the last time they were online and not when they winked you
