Specifically ... sausage.

Do you like more meat, or more extras.

Maybe you prefer a Chipolata ... relatively short and thin, best for breakfast.

How about a Polish Kabanos ... long, thin and best taken cold.

Meaty but very herby as well with a smallish fat content to ensure they keep succulent while cooking.

95+% meat only for us, just enough fat content to keep them juicy. Served up with a mountain of mash and greens
