I woke up feeling like a 3, got ready for work..felt like a 6, logged on to fab..read some messages and now feel like an 8...hopefully i will feel like a 10 later!

I'm at a 1 at the moment. I had a deep sleep and got up with a stiff neck, that's giving me a headache. My knees and feet are very painful too, along with stiff hands.

I'm going to sit and drink tea for an hour, maybe two until my body has settled down. Then I'm going shopping.

Woke about 6 by the time I got the kids to school i was about 4. Came home fixed myself up and felt like an 8. I'm on my second glass of wine so almost a 10
