They are many fakes and disingenuous people in Fab, especially couple profiles. Some have been verified!!

What is your method of ing these people out?

Actually just this morning I had a message from a "single female" saying call me. So I called and a guy answered asking me what I'm into blah blah saying they were a couple, never spoke to the female or heard her though.

Tend to find when people join and have a verification instantly and then you check out the person that did the verification and they've just joined too, always a bit suspicious.

Or new people demanding pictures or meets with no info from their side.

We had a contact from a lovely looking female 40 said the usual , wow what a lovely couple wanted to meet us but would only accept face pictures from us

And then said the usual B S, what would we like to do to her etc etc , so we played along as in ok let's all meet at a bar/ pub and go from there ,

Then a reply came 1 day later ok can she bring he FWB,s "ok we said" and if by magic reply came sorry she can't make it but would it be ok if mr FWB,s came along to meet us first... blah blah blah, ok but then oh dear she is off the zone only he can play .... please don't try and bull sh@t us my partner is a very good bull sh@t catcher

There are very very few couples and single women on here who pretend to be single men, so I'm confident that someone who states he is a single man is actually a single men. My problem is with people putting up fake pics (thanks reverse image search), or lying about their height, weight, and age.

Experience ... there's no substitute for it. You can usually spot a fake or a chancer after their first message - it's surprisingly easy after a while.

Otherwise having experience of these losers is useful, as you'll learn. More so than from only ever having success.

I've always struggled to understand what people's motives are behind the whole catfish/trolling malarkey online. I know some do it for financial gain but do people really get enjoyment by fucking people over and wasting their time?

Happens on pretty much every chat site, dating site etc out there and (from previous experience) it does make you question pretty much everyone you chat to online. If you're a sad single twat?? like me who uses the internet for their sex/love life (cos all your mates are married and not allowed out to play out anymore??) it's an absolute bitch!

Sorry... think I need to take some happy pills after that rant!??
