The A team. My brothers and I (WB) would go mental when we'd hear the theme tune, so much so our mother would often say if we didn't settle down she'd turn it over (change the channel)

I'm going with The Monkees. My friends and I used to turn our anoraks inside out (for the fur lining) and sing their songs in the bike sheds at school. Got a crowd, too. Years later I'd be paid handsomely for doing the same thing.
