Haven't seen one for a while but we all keep of thinking of cake while on the forums - so which type and why??

My best one recently was a bakewell cake from Malcolm Barnecutts in wadebridge! Omg that thing was lush and moody ate half of it straight away! Annoying can't find a recipe like it.

I can not bake sweet scones ... my savoury ones turn out great, but if I try to bake sweet ones they come out like biscuits have fun in the kitchen

I miss Sarah Lee.

I bake my own cakes occasionally.

If love to try one of MissWilkes' chocolate cakes, they sound divine.
