Pretty good thanks. I had lunch with a special Forumite Ledg. I've pigged out tonight and had 30 mins in my hot tub. Only moan is I have a stinky cold.

Lovely day 6 of our holiday. Walked nearly 5 miles and feeling good. Just waiting for the wild boar burgers to cook on the bbq. Don't want to return to normality on Friday
