Personally I find sleeping with clothes on very restricting so nude for me

I almost always wear pj's or a nightie. If I sleep naked I feel very vulnerable - and usually have a recurring dream where I'm in the supermarket aisle and my clothes just disappear - then I huddle in a corner and hope no-one notices me! p
