How do you unwind?

When you've had a long arse day where nothing went to plan and all the things that could go wrong did, how do you like to unwind and destress?

I personally light sweet, soft scented candles, switch the light off and get comfy on the bed. Usually, sipping a mug of hot milk with half a sugar in it, works every time

In fact, this is my reaction to almost every emotion now I come to think about it

Sometimes I will just get in the car with my dogs turn the music up and drive...

But I always seem to end up in a similar place ...

The beach watching the sunset or under the stars a vast empty space with just the sound of the wind and the waves the smell of the sea and the sunset or even the moonlight shimmering on the surf..

Just me my dogs and a slice of total peace...

Maybe one day I might find the girl to share it with....

Up on them there hills

Every set period of time I have a D/s need, to take out the growl in me. Then sensual fun, sleep like a baby after.

L likes fun with the ladies, releases her stress, that an a rather gorgeous glass of wine.

Cornwall

I usually busy myself. Maybe hit the gym or really get to work in the garden. Alternatively have been known to get home, pick up the dog & go for a long walk at the coast.

Trim

Music up loud.

Singing louder.

While cooking.

Then eating and all above with wine, beer, vodka or whatever takes my fancy.

This is always great if I have someone to cook for.
