Traffic land

About 6 weeks ago. Went to my friend's next door for a glass of wine, ended up being a stupid night, which ended up in another friend fracturing her wrist after falling over while we were dancing in the kitchen and me going to work feeling very sorry for myself after crawling in at 5am

About 3 years ago. A curry, turned into a few at the local wine bar, turned into a 4am kicking out time at the local club. We barely managed the taxi home, owing to my barely being able to speak or direct the driver.

I lost the whole of Sunday, and most of Monday. Before wondering why I was nearly £250 down.

It's not classed as d*unk until you have to hold onto the floor so you don't fall off the earth!

"Why would you want to drink so much that you feel ill? I don't understand it"

I don't WANT to...it's more of a "just one more, we're having a great time" situation without realizing that my cider is 8.5% because I was too busy laughing with the bartender to listen when he told me.

a quandary, could you change my mind?

I find there are different levels of d*unkenness for me, cheek numbness, tongue, putting the world to rights, eyes popping out of my head.

The first was Friday and then Saturday oops almost forgot Sunday too.

I don't normally drink much at all can very much take it or leave it with only having a drink while out with friends, this weekend was very different.

If we're talking falling in the bath because I fell asleep on the toilet d*unk then it was probably when I went to see a band with Mac and ended up on the lash with my bestie. My favourite bitch is back from that Germany next week so I can easily predict the next time.

A couple of Sundays back. I'd taken muscle relaxants, anxiety medication and a Lorazepam prior to a neck MRI, then drank JD and later that evening. I don't remember much, but my sister said we went to sleep at 5 am.

Once I was in a bar in Hungary then woke up in Vienna. Next I was on a stag do in Stockholm. Last thing I remember I was chatting to a girl outside a bar. In the morning she told me I was in Finland.

Halfway Between London and Brighton

At the beginning of August, I blame the bestiefor pouring them way too strong and in short glasses - we got through a litre and a half of vodka in two hours between 3 of us

As a fulltime carer, I didn't drink anything for 8 years. Eventually broke my dry spell in Sept 2015, with a social night out and 6 pints of cider. Felt sooo rough the next day.

I very rarely drink nowadays, because I simply don't get any pleasure from it.
