Fake profiles and fake people

Got set up last night by some one on a fake profile nothing physical but emotional torture why am I attracting hate mail and these sort of people I am at an all time low I need fun positive times I'm seriously thinking of leaving

People like this are a massive pain, they spoil it for the rest of us and i just don't understand their motives. I'm sorry to here you've been a victim but don't let that put you off. There's a lot more that are decent on here than not. I'd certainly be sorry to see you leave.

Block everyone from mailing you, and do not your own searches of what you're after.

I'm willing to bet there are plenty of guys who would be happy to get a message first, and it prevents you getting anything unwanted in your inbox.

Exactly what I've done for the last couple of years. Works perfectly. I never get pestered, sent cock pics from blank profiles, abuse or fancy a fuck messages, it's great! Genuine guys tend to have well detailed, well verified profiles and I have a much better success rate for meets making the first move than I did when guys messaged me.

It blocks every guy basically as I search myself but still allows me to see who's viewed me and might possibly holla for me in their status as I've suggested. If I put a block on men totally, they don't show on my who's viewed me page so this option of possible interest/contacr is not open.

Most men don't hide but I wouldn't care if they were hidden, I wouldn't know anyway! My profile works perfectly for me and I shall continue to run it my way.

First hint of abuse and that person gets blocked, no 2nd chances...if they set up another profile report both to admin so they can check the ip matches and they can ban that way

This site doesnt do anough to stop fakers and thats coming from a man. There are so many couples profiles set up that is single men really. It should be part of there rules that no messages can be sent without being pic varied. Everybody has a camera phone dont they!!!!. Im genuine but so many arnt. You will recognise them eventually.

If someone wants a fake profile, they will set up a fake profile. Pic verified or not. . I'm not sure what the answer is.

They can only do so much. Use the non verified filter and common sense. Ask to chat to the person early on. Or, use the meets and events section to actually get out there and meet like minded groups for socials.
