Stolen pics

So...... I've just had a random message from a user on here, telling me that some of my pictures have been on a posting site?! ( what that is, I've no idea) there was a few but now only one?!

Has anyone else had something like this happen and what did you do?

Nop but i see a lot of users posting some warning at thry profile... bla bla we have it to.... so yeah.... but you look gorgeous so people ted to take gorgeous girls pics.... we had a guy contacting us claiming his black and then when we asked for more proff he said his white but has a bkack friend.... like wtf?

they might be talking shit to get you to chat to them but if your pics have ever got into to fabbed it's more likely to be true.

any site will have somewhere to report the pics as you not putting them on there, reputable sites will remove them.

Just think it's absolutely ridiculous. Just received a random message. So who knows if it's true or not. So thought it be wise to remove the face and make my pics private.

Had at least three guys use my pictures on here that I know of, also sending them to women via Kik claiming they were of them.

Most ridiculous thing is that a couple of them sent them to women I have already met and displayed veri's from

I was chatting to a woman for a while off here...she was in a couple where supposedly her husband wanted to send her to me...I know lol.

Anyway kept the chat up and she sent me some pics and I thought I'd struck gold.

The wanted to chat to me but it was only her husband who would talk

So pics in tineye and the hit results were endless.

Couldn't block quick enough

I think scammers and time wasters can access older profiles you don,t use anymore on other sites you may have used or they use ones you,ve unknowingly sent them via the site I,ve seen pictures elsewhere off this site of people so it happens everywhere not sure about pof, by sending picture or pictures off to people it can be a gamble if you don,t know that person more than just on line, I,ve had it happen to me more than once thou on some sites nearly every profile was a fake one and they were paid sites to never again for me.

We've seen cick pics on here on two separate profiles that are identical...most like both profiles have stolen the pic from google!

it's broken for me then for some reason. google never brings anything up either but at least it offers alternative suggestions so i know it's working.

Go to your pics. Hold down on one and search image search.

It's not fool proof as won't show anything behind passworded sites etc eg fab. But may help.

Also helps for ing out the fakes here !

We had met a couple from this site an got to know them well from meeting them at party's, so from chatting to them a while we were very familiar with their profile. On another occasion I spoke to a single guy who after speaking a while, felt the need to show me photos of another couple he had met...turns out the pics were the photos from the above couple that we knew well .... Under a different name... Still haven't got to the bottom of it... So just blocked the single guy as he was dodgy anyway. there's some strange ppl out there...

I'll be completely honest, it was me that sent the random message, Wasn't trying to get a rise was genuinely trying to be a nice person and do the right thing.

I'd be so annoyed/gutted if folk were posting stuff about me with picture(s) included.

I supplied the link and yes I meant hosting site

Got blocked because of it... Single men get a bad enough rep on here so when someone does something nice it gets thrown back in their face

And being nice is odd however my spidey senses would probably be tingling on how anybody would find my pics on a hosting site ... while I have sympathy for you fella I can see why the OP would react the way she did.

Yeah I know, but surely benifit of the doubt? In regards to the spidey sense I get where you're coming from... It was actually a friend had been notified her pics were also on that site and she sent me the link and I recognised OP.
