Anyone else have a habit of feeling pretty tired most of the day, then when you finally get into bed you find something to watch or sit on your phone for a while. Instead of just going to sleep like you really should, I do it way to often.

Every single day my dear. Sometimes I'm thinking something's wrong with me, but I guess I'm not the only one here lol.

Nope you're not alone and I certainly can't see anything wrong with you, maybe I need a closer look

Central

Those electronic lights, from phones, televisions, lamps etc will all disrupt your body clock, due to the blight light emitted within the spectrum. Do something in the dark.

I only go to bed when I'm nodding off on the sofa.

I can't stand tossing and turning

Nah I mainly work normal day times, with the odd night or bit or weekend work, but not on shifts. Just even when I'm tired I get in bed and don't feel tired for a while and then end up getting into a film or something.

Sometimes I've done that. Normally an iPhone keeps me awake.

But mostly I go to bed to sleep, as soon as I lie down I can feel tired and drop off.

I tend to do that only if I have jet lag.

I remember reading something about the two being connected: you're tired because you're sitting starting at a screen last thing at night.
