What's the issue? A cougar is an older woman seeking younger men, I wasn't aware there had to be a minimum age to be one. People can call themselves whatever they wish.

It isn't a figure of speech at all, it means exactly what it says, a mum you'd like to fuck. Or, if you'd like to fuck a woman does that mean a man also, since "women" is only a name?
