Means you look naughty apparently?

I was mighty offended when this was applied to my new pics which I'm not that confident of anyways!

So if somoeone calls you rough don't get offended - they just think you are a sort?!

Wow! Really? All these new terminologies are really confusing. Just use the words as intended people! If I got rough, I'd most likely block the person saying it haha.

In Glasgow if someone said I was rough I'd assume I looked a tad shit. Which would be a correct assumption. I need to partake in this "getting down with da kids" and learn more words.
