As I write this I am currently suffering with a bout of insomnia, I know I must dream, because I talk in my sleep, apparently I come out with all sorts, but for as long as I can remember, I have never remembered my dreams in the mornings,

This is as good a place as any to ask, does this happen to anyone else?

Hey yeah I'm currently suffering with insomnia though since the beginning of the month I'm actually getting on average about 90 minutes sleep a night

Yep.. Judt happened to me.

Ive got traumatic stress disorder and dream about events that happened years ago. But also like you sometimes i cant remember.

I shout and then wake uo.

Stayed ar my mum's house and did it. Dont like to let hwr know I've got this problem. I shouted bastard and fuck but had bedroom door shut so she didn't hear.

Again *raises hand* insomnia sufferer. I always have vivid dreams when I eventually get sleep. They get a little stranger when I've been up a while though.

I'm a slim Jim, and I don't remember my dreams either.

I have the opposite problem where I dream so vividly I wake up convinced they were real.

The ideal would be to have monitors upon you, so that you could be roused when likely to be dreaming. You'd have a greater chance of recall then too. Like all skills, if you practice it, it becomes a stronger skill and easier.
