Block them would be my advice. I wouldn't want someone I know messaging me. Especially from work. They are ddifferent entities and could make things feel uncomfortable for the other person.

I had a work mate message me a couple of years ago, he didn't know it was me though. He sent loads of cock pics and every time I saw him after that I couldn't unsee that!! I blocked him and kept quiet as it would have made him feel awkward I feel.
