funnily enough sounds exactly like what i had a few times before i discove_ed my blood pressure was suddenly going through the roof or plummeting now and again for no reason..never had it since i got medication, but i used to like the sensation..

On occasion, with the right person who I feel able to let go with, yes, though for me it is rather intense and leaves me feeling very vunerable immediately afterwards.
