So how do you lovely lot feel about seeing a face picture before arranging a meet?

For me it's a no, if someone won't show me what they look like ( I'm always happy to send/ return face pictures) there's no way in hell im going to carry on entertaining pointless texts let alone a meet.

Am I an arse or would all you other ladies and guys feel like that?

Some people refuse to send face pictures, normally couples and females, I'm not quite sure why men would meet without a face pic. so if you're someone that will, can you tell us why, what is intriguing about it?

I couldn't meet someone without a face pic, I've gone to clubs and been introduced to people who I have seen on here, but not their face, but I hadn't gone to meet them specifically.

Well that's just bad manners.

I do have the decency to tell someone if I'm not physically attracted to them, however I have more than once then recieved abuse from this so I can see why some people just choose to block.

Yeah I like to exchange face pics pretty early on. There's not much point in flirting if you don't know if you're attracted.

I would never meet without knowing what someone looked like-it makes me wonder what they're hiding if they won't share and trust is a big thing for me.

We never ever send face pics before meeting. We do have other pics to send though and we send them sometimes. Our profile clearly says we don't send face pics but that we have a non playing social first to see if we all like each other. Very few people stop the conversation when they realise we won't send face pics. No one has ever not wanted to play after meeting us for a social. We have veris that we show at times saying that we are nice looking people.

It works fine for us. We don't ask for face pics from others either. Faces arent generally high on our list of why we are attracted to someone, its more about personality for us.

Interesting post this one and heres my ten pence worth on some of the comments in here .

I am not at all comfortable with judging someone off of a static face picture .so I tend to not judge off of a face picture alone .

Its called the dreaded face picture exchange for a reason people I suppose if you think yourself a beautiful person who's face most people like then your never going to worry to much about it but if your one of those people who thinks your below average borderline ugly its a moment you don't look forward to as you know excuses will be made or contact just dropped .

I'm my younger wilder days ive met women looking to fulfil a fantasy that never saw my face as that was part of the fantasy but I saw thiers and there body but they never saw me untill the meet think high class hooker free of guilt fantasy or another type of fantasy you cant talk about on fab .

The truth is such meets remove the pressure from the woman but place a lot of pressure on the guy to deliver on the fantasy met.

Anyway back on topic its the whole package that counts in the end ive met many a pretty girl fir a social only to find myself completely turn off by her in the flesh on them occasions sometimes ive had to be the one saying sorry no chemistry at other times ive been relieved to here them say it and there has been other times when ive been disappointed to here them say it .

That's why even with the pressure to deliver certain kinds of fantasy meets are easier to pull off because attraction is largely replaced with the excitement lust of the fantasy which makes up any short comings in the looks and personality department more often than not .

I always exchange face pics before meeting - socially or otherwise (otherwise I'll be wandering round a bar for hours!!), but have been known to forget until the last minute as for me it's mainly about personality and body type.

If it's just an online flirt, don't need face pics.

If they ask for face pics within first three messages then 90% of the time Im not for them. They're visually driven and I look for other things.

I agree with that but we need to start somewhere and online a physical attraction is a good place. For me it's more if they won't show me what they look like they have something to hide. But yes even the hottest looking people can be total twats in the flesh my points was as a single person I won't entertain or meet someone I've not seen. As earlier pointed out how the he'll do you meet do neither party know who there looking for!

We do what works for us. We won't send face pics to strangers but we have nothing to hide. It's for a very good reason and because it works well then there's no problem for us.

There are other ways of identifying who we are meeting so there's no problem there either.

I also met this way as a single fem. I always met (and we still do) in a public place, sent the guys car reg to a friend and had another safety check too.

Obviously some people are happy to show their face on here but a lot of people aren't.

Worse case scenario, you send a face pic to someone, they then copy and paste your pics from Fab and then add your face pic and plaster it on F/B or any one of the numerous porn sights.

We go to clubs for fun, if anyone from here wants to meet us, we will put on a description of me, (I am fairly distinctive), what we are wearing, table number etc and then it's up to people to decide if they want to approache us...

Like choosing restaurants without triple checking on Tripadvisor. Have found some great places that way. Rely more on my own instincts..
