Just been to get my lg telly fixed. Screen went black.

(Diagnosed the Backlight was faulty by holding a torch to the screen and could see a bit of a picture)

Tv repair man told me that if people turn it down to 92% or less, then tbe Backlight will last forever.

Will get my telly back on first week of September

This ends the public announcement.

Or I can just get it fixed/buy a new telly if needed.

Things breaking is the universe's way of saying "get it upgraded!"
