Would be great to get advice from the proverbial horses mouths!

I work in an industry (healthcare) where I am a minority guy amongst a lot of women...with a preference for older women I of course often flirt with the housewive type...if this was you what would be the best approach to possibly taking things further....what kinda thing has been said to you that made you think "this guy is interested and I wouldn't mind either"....used to approaching women in bars/clubs etc so what's the best advice from the mature ladies themselves on how to come on to them? Be direct? more discreet? naughty!?

Come on ladies, tell us how you'd like to he wooed for potential NSA fun?

Treat them like they are women.... No mention of older would be a good start. I don't know many who would want to be approached based solely on age..

Obviously I wouldn't approach someone and say "I fancy shagging you ya dirty old bird"... but looking for advice from the horses mouth on here means I need to mention that I mean older ladies.

Maybe I actually mean housewives if you know what I mean....I reckon I've got approaching single girls down to a tee but how do you let a possibly attached more experienced woman know that you'd be up for more than flirting?

I prefer a guy to make it clear he's interested in me as a person and not just my ladybits.

But that's just because for me, if my brain isn't stimulated/intrigued/attracted, then the ladybits aren't going to be either.

We're all different though......

This - every time. Instant turn off to be "chosen" based on my age

you're interested in older, married women, have I understood correctly?

If so I suggest you just approach them directly. From your writing style e.g. "Maybe I actually mean housewives if you know what I mean...." suggests to me that you try to communicate what you want without actually saying outright. That'll get you nowhere fast.

Also there is nothing you can say that will make a woman interested in you if she isn't already.

I would say too that flirting in the workplace could just be day to day banter and mean nothing more than people being friendly with each other.

i don't know why approaching a woman older than you would require anything different to approaching one the same age or younger..why would you think it would?

Work socials are probably your best bet to get a bit of (not too excessive) flirty banter going on and put out feelers.

Or a jokey (non sexual email) at some point in reference to one of your usual topics of convo.

I would say to put gentle feelers out OP. Some married women may be uncomfortable if you proposition them. You are talking about real life and not fab, after all. Especially if they are work colleagues. It could get awkward......

" The housewife type?"

Jesus, what are some of these men on?

Do you mean ladies that make home made pies and wear pinnies? Like in childhood story books?

Don't all women regardless of age, deserve the same respect/approach?

I think, like anyone, they would appreciate being seen as an equal. As one would fully expect.
