Oh dear fella we all know that feeling but trust me on this giving into to it is not the answer in my experience any way .

Hopefully life throws you a funny curve ball to pull you out of tho mood soon in fact I'm sure it will in the mean time in my experience its best to put your head down and just push on through untill it does.
