Vaseline. Or there's an old trick a chef friend of mine used to use. HE used to rub plain flour on his thighs and on his bum before service so he wouldn't get a build up of sweat, the flour would just absorb it.

That is, of course, until the fateful day he used self-raising flour instead of plain...ended up having to cut out the resulting dough from his bum hair...

try vaseline on your inner thighs. Any sweat or friction should slide off your skin. X

I've seen some cream for that. A few of my friends recommended it but I can't for the life of me remember the name. Will see if I can find it again x

Boxers instead of knickers. Tights when the weather permits. If all else fails, anti friction cream used by sporty type people. I used to suffer terribly from it.

Well it turns into a dough...thinking back though, I'd imagine plain flour does the same. It's possible it's just a funny story they told for a few laughs at the pub!

South West London / Surrey

I had this on holiday. I was in agony after the first day.

Brought a cheap pair of thin cycling shorts to wear under my dresses.

I get that sometimes so i feel your pain.

I usually make sure i put some talcum powder on my inner thigh. It helps a bit some times or spray deodorant. I usually hv to rub in savlon if it happens.

Wearing tights always seems to cause chub rub for me.

I always found the best thing to treat it is sudocrem. Wearing thin cycling shorts helps prevent it

swingers clubs

The best thing I ever read was to put roll on anti-perspirant deodorant on the areas that rub (my inner thighs), let it dry and voila sliding not rubbing

couple, us we him her.

There is a product called body glide.

I used to use it for putting on thigh's before a long run.

But it's creation is for long distance swimming mainly in a wetsuit to prevent friction Burns and doesn't perish the rubber of the suit.

It's not much good after the damage is done. But for future reference if chaffing is a problem.

It

After many years of doing ultra sports and suffering from friction Burns/chaffing.

Sudo creme is usually the best cure a bit stingy.

Leggings or cycle shorts on to prevent further abrasion.
