Do other people from the forums use the chat rooms? We often use london chat but we are now starting to wonder why. Not so long ago we used to go in chat and say hello and people would respond, then we would have a conversation. Now people only tend to want to chat to people who have the cam switched on .

We know for a fact there are sites on the web that are designed specifically for showing off on your webcam. Maybe the people who get their kicks from watching others "perform" should use these sites?

It is our opinion that most people (not all) that use the chat room are now after a quick thrill.These people are not swingers (in our opinion)but just looking for some quick sexual relief while they have the house to themselves.

What do others here think?

Some people are into camfun, the chat rooms can be used the way people want ( as long as it is within rules of course) and I don't think they should go elsewhere if they want to do that.

Yes, if there is a female on cam you do get spoken to more, even if you are just showing an earlobe, but I don't think there is anything wrong with that either.

the problem when you assume is the it tends to make an "ass" of "u"...

the great thing about the site is that it can be used whatever way people like...

some people like the speed of the chatrooms and the instant banter...

some people like the forums because you can slow down and think about what you are writing....

some people just use profiles... some just use the meets and parties...

there is no right or worng and there isn't any assumptions i would make about the people because of what part of the site they want to use

I flit in and out of the scottish rooms and i have had as good a night on there as i have in the forums.. as i have had just looking thru profiles....

so welcome to the forums.. hope you enjoy your stay.. but I would leave your generalisations at the door.. so to speak

Camfun isn't swinging no....unless you have a meet on cam like we did, then we were swinging while camming

The site caters for everyone though, and if people like to arrange meets in private but have a bit of camfun inbetween, or just have camfun because they havn't taken the leap yet, then I don't see a problem with that.

maybe you could use the chatrooms to gauge the kind o people you want to chat to or meet a lot of women and couples do.

i personally don't sit on cam and knock one out but i dotn ahve any kind of problems if others wanna do that all i gotta do is close their cam.i think the rooms can sometimes help you get to know the person a little 1st before you arrange a meet etc.as for the is it a part of swinging maybe not old skool swinging(not that im that old) but now obviously with the help of the internet and webcams etc its always gonna be a part of it who'd buy a car without atleast looking at it?or takign it for a test drive.i think swinging has many different meanings for everyone.im very rarely on cam and a single male yet im always welcomed in chat and have no problems chatting to male or females in chat with or without their cams on.

i use to: but since the rumors and abuse i receive in the old chat for no reason given;

so now i dont venture in to be honest you dont get much of a chat anyways.from what i have been hearing.

The forums are usually better and you do get decent debates going

Surely we are all entitled to one?

We agree that people use the site in the way that suits them(as we do).

We just think that there is a fair amount of ignorance in chatrooms unless you are prepared to show your tits on cam. Then suddenly most people in the room want to chat with you.

May be you should suggest a 'no cams room' to admin, just for those who want to chat. They can easilly move to a cam room or a one-to-one messenger if they want to cam.

Come into new general chat, a fantastic room where you can show what you want without being directed. The people who use this room do tend to police it re directing, we can chat about anything and friendships are made in here and I think this makes for better meets. Personally I hate the idea of a guy coming into a room and asking me to watch him wank, this does nothing for me so i choose not to watch these cams, I like to get to know a person before a meet to make sure that after the sex we can chat and laugh with a post coital brew.

Camfun could be the start of swing. They are sharing each other with others on cam, who knows where else this might lead in the future.
