Compared to child labour it's a zero lol

But honestly it did not hurt whatsover going in, the needle stung like a bee sting on the way out for a second and that was it.

It was very tender for a couple of days if touched but didn't hurt.. Three weeks later and it can be played with, just not lifted up without being tender x

Don't get the actual clit done get the hood done instead as it will reduce risk of losing sensitivity but jewellery will still rub on it and have desired effect. Also since advent of female genital mutilation regulations you'll be quite lucky to find anyone to pierce the actual clit nowadays.
