Do you stick it all in ?

As in core and all

I hate the cores of tomatoes and have to remove..along with fruit etc.

And even the squiggly long bits on nanas mainly hanging down the sides

Are you a "stick it all in" regardless ?

I eat every bit of most fruits, except hard stones.

I always eat the cores and the pips of apples, pears and pineapples.

I've even been known to eat orange and lemon peel. Don't like banana peel though.

The way I look at it, it's all good fibre, and if your body don't need it, it wont keep it in.

I've eaten stuff that would make a billy goat puke, but that's another story
